Pakistan is officially Islamic republic. It is a nuclear power country. It is a country with lots of natural resources. It is basically an agricultural country. It has also a deep and dynamic history. The history is divided into two parts. Pre-partition and post-partition. Lets talk about pre-partition.
Pre-partition:-
Before partition there was three countries together Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. Today, they are independent and separate nations. As we all know subcontinent was famous for its spices. They used to export their spices and other natural resources. When British heard about their spices, they wanted to come and trade with them. They asked Jahangir the Mugal emperor of that time, to, trade with them and finally Jahangir gave them permission to, trade in 1600 A.D and then they entered in India and started a Company named East India Company for trading and gradually they thought that we are not getting more profit, we should think another way to, trade then they thought to invade subcontinent. So they aggravated Hindus of India and they told them that they are Muslims and you are Hindus you both have different religions. You are far better than them. If you want to kick them out of the country, we will help you. Then eventually Hindus agreed with them and doing wrong with Muslims. They were behaving with Muslims like slaves. They didn't give Muslims enough rights. Muslims were completely deprived with almost their all rights. For example: They were not getting good education. They were not provided with job opportunities. Hindus didn't give us freedom to, spend our lives with accordance of our religion.When Hindus realized that British want to invade India they asked Muslims to, help them to, kick out British from Subcontinent and then Muslims agreed. They both started a war which is known as "War of independence". Which was happened in 1857. Then we got success in that war and kicked out British from Subcontinent. As Muslims was not getting their rights. Then simmon commission was sent into subcontinent by simmon in 1927 and in 1928 Nehro presented his points, which is known as Nehro report. Then Quaid-e-Azam realized that points that Nehro wrote was not for Muslims. Then finally in 1929 Quaid- e- Azam also presented his 14 points like: separate Sindh from Mumbai etc. Then Allama Iqbal gave them idea of a separate homeland. The area with the majority of Muslims will be Muslim's side and the area with hindus majority with be hindu's side. On 23rd March 1940, which is also known as Pakistan resolution day was passed in Lahore. In which Muslims demand a separate homeland by hooks and crooks. And finally after lots of effects and struggles, we got our country on 14 August 1947.
Post-partition:-
After partition the name of the country was selected by Chaudhary Rehmat Ali. Muslims had to select their leaders. So they decided the first Prime minister is Liaqat Ali Khan and president Isikandar Mirza. All Muslims were working for Pakistan. After just 1 year they got a really bad news that was our great leader one and only Quaid-e-Azam had died. Also in year 1948, a area left that is known as Kashmir. Then India claimed that Kashmir is ours and we said it is ours. It was a conflicted area. Both countries wanted to, have Kashmir because it is a very beautiful place. It is known as Switzerland of Pakistan as well. Switzerland the most beautiful country of the world. Anyway both countries was seeing their profit. It is also called war of 1948 but UN handled the situation and somehow they just leave this topic for some years. After few years in 1965 they started this topic again. It is known as second war on Kashmir and both countries won the war and Kashmir left conflicted area. Also it is still a conflicted area. After some years in 1971 as Bangladesh was with us and India separated. Bangladesh was known as East Pakistan. In the east of Pakistan was Bangladesh. India was in the mid and Pakistan was in the west side. If Bengalis had to, come in Pakistan they had to cross India first. That was the main difficulty. In 1970 a election was held between two parties. From west side party's name was (PPP) Pakistan people's party of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. From east Awami league of Mujeeb-ur-Rehman. Officially the winner was Awami league because they won 160 seats and (PPP) only won 80 seats but they selected Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto to, lead so the East Pakistani's was disappointed. After some time Indians aggravated Bengalis and said them that Muslims are not giving you your right. They only want to improve the condition of West Pakistan. If you start a war against them we will help you so they started a war against us in 1971. We badly lost that war and Bangladesh separated from us. Now these three countries are independent nations. It's been around 75 years since we got our country. Now we can proudly say that we are independent country.
